High-Pressure FPDO Manifolds
Engineered for Continuous Flow
Bridging the gap between a successful frac and maximum production requires ultimate control at the surface. Our FPDO (Frac Plug Drill Out) Manifolds are engineered to withstand the harshest post-frac cleanout environments, protecting your assets while keeping your operations moving.
What is an FPDO Manifold?
During the critical drill-out phase, a massive volume of fluids, gases, frac sand, and heavy plug debris is circulated back to the surface. The FPDO manifold sits directly at the wellhead to safely intercept, manage, and process this high-pressure, highly volatile stream before it can reach your downstream equipment.
Why Operators Trust Our FPDO Layouts
- Non-Stop Operations: Our manifolds feature a multi-valve grid layout that allows for seamless fluid diversion. Switch flow lines or clean out a clogged debris trap on one side without ever shutting down your downhole drilling operations.
- Extreme Erosion Resistance: Debris and frac sand are highly abrasive. Our systems route the volatile slurry directly through heavy-duty debris separators (plug catchers) to trap composite and metal plugs early.
- Proactive Pressure Management: Equipped with high-tier adjustable chokes, our manifolds provide operators with the precise backpressure control needed to manage volatile wellbores safely.
